Vibratory stress relief has become a real alternative and less expensive than heat treatment in a furnace. It has been shown that the results obtained are equivalent to this treatment and even improve on many other things.
The energy produced by vibration re-aligns the internal structure of the material by relieving the stresses and stabilising the component without suffering deformation.
At Reisa SA we de-stress all types of rollers, cylinders, dies, auxiliary forging tools,, etc. Even by conventional heat treatment or vibratory stress relief. This latter method makes it possible to do on-site stress relief.
